A personal trainer won’t give you a diet, but teach you how to make smarter choices when it comes to food. He or she may offer programs showing sample meals or recipes that are high in nutrition and low in calories. If you go with family or friends, you can share your critique of the various recipes and find the ones that everyone loves. You’ll learn how to feed your family healthier foods and help reduce any potential for weight problems they may have.

The combination of healthy eating and exercise takes off weight fast. In fact, as you lose fat tissue and gain muscle tissue, you’ll even boost your metabolism, since muscle tissue requires more calories for maintenance.

You’ll learn a lot of different exercises you can do after the camp ends if you and your group want to workout at home together.
